People who buy online are not always confident, but if you have good rating from your previous customers it greatly helps your potential customers to buy from you. A god way to get good ratings faster is to sell your products initially at a low price. Also always make sure you advice your customer to get back to you in case of any dissatisfaction instead of giving a bad rating and assure them that you will make sure that they are satisfied with your product.
