Many individuals spend a lot of time trying to please their customers only to find that they always end up with poor quality feedback. On the other hand, a person selling something as small as a R4 card may be rated very high by customers from all over the world. What should you do different to satisfy customers online?

Well, internet has cut down on red tape and has made it easier for the individual to enjoy more choices. In such a scenario, you should obviously recognize this fact and act accordingly. Do you send a confirmation to your client after you have received the order? Do you wait for the client to initiate the discussion or do you go ahead and start the talk? Do you wait for queries to come in before answering the same or do you try to anticipate the queries of your potential customer?

Are you aware of the various problems that buyers face? Do you have any solution that will help them escape the crisis? Are you prepared to offer this without charging money? Well, the answers to all these questions will determine whether you are doing a good job or not.

Simply delivering the product for the money charged is not going to help you. You must be prepared to take that extra step and provide more value for each and every dollar you charge. Once your reputation improves, you can focus on big clients and balance your efforts accordingly.
